Jane Levy has spent a lifetime in and around the arts. A high school job as an usher at the Performing Arts Center in Milwaukee, WI exposed her to the thrill of live performance. From there she went to box office operations, which led to a position with the Shubert Organization on Broadway in New York City. A move to the talent agency ICM introduced her to the legendary film and theatrical director, Mike Nichols, with whom she worked for over thirteen wonderful years.
Jane studied with Sotheby’s Institute in London, while also opening a women’s wear company, Brydware. After returning to the US she worked with the Savannah Music Festival as Executive Assistant and Director of Artist Relations for eight years. Most recently she has been with the Wolfsonian Museum in Miami Beach, and the Sarasota Opera in Development.
She is most thrilled to be returning to Savannah to work with the SCC. Jane considers Savannah home and has loved the SCC from it’s inception.
